Lights, Camera, Create!

Our 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students are learning how to create engaging introductions and powerful endings for their Public Service Announcements (PSAs) using Canva. Through this project, students are exploring how to grab an audience's attention, communicate important messages, and inspire positive action.

As they design their PSAs, students are also learning how to use transitions, animation, movement, and visual effects to make their content more engaging and professional. They are discovering how color, images, music, timing, and aesthetics work together to create impactful digital stories that capture and hold viewers' attention.

These skills go beyond the classroom, helping students develop creativity, communication, digital literacy, and visual design skills that are valuable in today's world. We are excited to see our students transform important ideas into visually compelling presentations that inform, inspire, and make a difference!
