ROADS

At St. James Day School in Pre-K, we teach Creative Curriculum. In the month of October, we learned all about roads! We explored questions such as: 

  • What do we know about roads? 

  • What are some characteristics of roads?

  • How do we stay safe on roads?

Students learned about the different types of equipment that use roads, how roads are made, and the signs that help us travel safely. To wrap up our study, TXDOT visited the school to share about their role in keeping our roads safe and maintained.
