Welcome Back!

Welcome back to another school year. We have so much planned in PE. We are getting ready to start our unit on Flag Football for grades 3rd - 8th. We have started the year off reviewing the rules and getting back into a routine. Primary - Kindergarten have been working on core strength and balance. Pictured below are some students working on their balance by jumping “In hoops and on spots”. Using the scooters is a way to work on those undeveloped core muscles as they have a little fun! We also gave our legs and arms a work out to by pull and pushing ourselves forward, backward, and spinning.
