Piñata Presentations!

Our classroom transformed into a mini fiesta of learning as students proudly shared their Piñata Presentations! This project blended creativity, research, public speaking, and a whole lot of fun—and our fourth graders absolutely shined.

Students followed these steps to create their masterpiece!

  • Cut, glued, taped, and paper-mâchéd

  • Painted bright colors and bold patterns

  • Added details that showed personality

  • Problem-solved when something didn’t stick or stay together

  • Encouraged each other with, “We’ve got this!”

Presentation Time!

Each student stood proudly at the front of the room and presented their piñatas.

Piñata Presentations gave students opportunities to:

  • Be creative

  • Practice speaking and listening skills

  • Collaborate

  • Build confidence

  • Learn the history and purpose of piñatas

  • And most importantly… have FUN while learning!
